I want to display correct feedback 1 OR correct feedback 2 is users scored 80% or more. I display incorrect feedback if it's below. I can fake the randomization based on score (80 to 90% => display feedback 1, 90 to 100% display feedback 2), but this is not true randomization ;-)
From what I've read, he's not displaying something randomly based on their score, it's displaying questions randomly.
Correct that has nothing to do with displaying random content. You need to create triggers that display a layer based on the value of the Results.ScorePercent variable. For example: Show Layer XYZ when timeline starts if Results.ScorePercent >=80.

You could generate a random number as described here and then display a layer based on that number.

ok so I can't do a real randomization with the standard tools in Storyline. Too bad.
