Sorry if I am missing something obvious here. I have a slide with 3 drop targets and 7 items, 4 of which are distractors or decoy items. I want the distractor items to show as incorrect drop items when dragged onto any of the 3 targets but can't seem to make this work. Any suggestions?
did you try to add "drop correct" and "drop incorrect" states to your items? remember as well to uncheck the option to delay the state change from the Drag and drop options
Thanks for the quick response. Yes, I have added incorrect to the 4
distractors but this doesn't show when they are dragged to the targets.
There are no correct targets for these distractors though, only for the 3
correct answers.
Thanks so much for the response. I think that is on the right track but how do I only show feedback (correct or incorrect icons) for the 3 "real" drop targets and not the others?

Hi Meg,
Thanks for sharing those additional details! It would be helpful to review your setup for this question slide.

Thanks, Here is the basic idea. Not sure how to make the incorrect answers show as incorrect when dragged onto any target.
Appreciate your help
Hi Meg,
one solution could be to add a drop target out of the stage and assign it to decoy items;
see att.
