I have setup a drag and drop interaction which has 8 drag items and 4 drop targets. So, only 4 of the drag items are correct. The interaction works fine. I added correct (green) and incorrect (red) states for each of the 8 drop items. I notice that the states only show for the items which have a corresponding drop target. Also the correct drag items revealed (as incorrect) when not placed on a target. Can anyone suggest a solution please? Thanks.
My work around solution has been to removal all states except the correct state for the 4 correct drag items. This results in showing green (correct) if placed correctly - those drag items not placed correctly and/or not 4 correct remain normal. Interested in your thoughts.
