In Adobe flash (and many other software) there is a tool called "snap to Grid" and when its on elements obviously snap to Grids and you cant really move them freely. i noticed Storyline is the same, but i have "Gridlines" and "Guides" off and still if you see picture below in my course there is an element which id like to move just for a millimeter but when i do it goes too far. Is there any way to move this shape only for a millimeter??!?! what would you suggest?
Thanks for your reply, I cant, because these shapes are moved by motion paths and these are not their start positions, so i only can drag them and sort them myself which these "Grid" thing wont let me do that as i want.
The smallest you can change the pixel move to on view tab is 2px but I think you can hold down the ctrl key and use the arrow key to move 1 px at a time - hope that will work for you
Glad to hear it Mary - and just a note: Replying via email will include your signature. You can edit out your contact information from your post if you'd like!

Hi Arash
why don't you select the three objects and on the Home Tab > Arrange > Align > Distribute Vertically

Yay Arash - glad that worked for you ;-)
You could also just hold down the ALT key to put it exactly where you want it.
