How to use Storyline in Canvas

I work at a university that uses the learning management system Canvas and I am having problems displaying anything I build in Articulate Storyline 2. If I upload the zip file into the files section of Canvas, the item only appears in a very limited size (smaller than the story itself), and does not work well. I then published articulate items to a server so that they have their own unique website, but when I try to embed the sources on content pages with an iframe in Canvas nothing appears. Has anyone else been able to add an articulate storyline module in an iframe or has anyone found a way to best use the tool in the Canvas LMS?

Hi, Alex -- So sorry to hear of the difficulties you are experiencing and thanks for reaching out with your question! There are a number of threads that deal with using SL2 on the Canvas LMS, so please take a moment to review the following and let us know if that helps or if you still need additional assistance:

Hello there Alex,
We're also new to canvas and having the exact same problem: our IT rollout team have liaised back and forth with the Canvas account team and we're waiting on further responses.
I'd love to hear if you're move forward and cracked it!
Hi, Sarae -- Sorry to hear you are experiencing difficulties, as well! As we did not hear back from Alex with an update and it's possible she may no longer be subscribed to this thread, I wanted to mention that you are welcome to reach out to her using the 'Contact Me' link on her profile page. :)
Thanks Christie, I didn't know that.
As a member of Articulate staff, do you know if Articulate are in conversation at all with Infrastructure? This seems like a common quirk and I really don't want to stop using Storyline 2! :-(
Hi, Sarae -- Thanks so much for reaching out, and please excuse me if I am not following, but could you explain what you mean by 'Infrastructure'? And as you mentioned that you are experiencing difficulties within your LMS, have you had a chance to test your content in the SCORM Cloud to see if you encounter the same behavior there as well? If you do not see the same within the SCORM Cloud (as it is the industry standard for LMS testing), we would typically recommend that you reach out directly to your LMS (as it sounds like you already have).
Please feel free to share your file if you would like us to take a closer look for you! :)
