We're facing one major issue with the audio working on iPad device.
We've developed one storyline course with audio integrated in it. And have tested it on iPad iOS 5.1. It worked fine on it, but after the OS update, the audio doesn't play as expected.
Sorry for the delay in response. We've published this package using only HTML5 web output. We are testing this package using the link and have not deployed it as a separate App.
I have checked the files on iPad (version 6.0.1 (10A523)) and the audio is working fine. It seems there is some other issue.
You can just check the following: -- Check any other audio whether it is working on that iPad. -- Make sure there is no any update in network security which can block audio media files to load.

I have attached the course package with this post.
We've checked this package on desktop browsers and it works fine. When tested on iPad (with the updated iOS - 6.0.1), the audio doesn't work at times.
