Are you hosting your content on a web server or within an LMS? If the latter, there is a known issue right now where LMS content that is forced into an iFrame is not scaling correctly within mobile Safari on the iPad. To confirm that is the issue you're experiencing you could upload your course to SCORM Cloud , which is an industry standard testing method for SCORM Content, and test that version on your iPad (it should display as expected). If you're hosting it in a web server, you could be experiencing similar difficulties if the site places content in an iFrame - but I'd also be interested to find out what update of Storyline you're using (we're currently on update 5) and what iOS you're running?

Hi Ashley,
i am hostin gthe file on a webserver an a website. No iFrames!.Just display HTML5 in our Typo3 environment.
Following Pics display all settings used:
1) Preview in articulate 1
2) Preview in Articulate 2:
3) Player settings:
4) Publish Settings:
5) View in Browser (flash):
6) View on iPad (HTML5):
The Player is supposed to add 10 px to the Content, ou can see this in the Previews (pic 1 & 2) and in the Browser view (5).
When i open the same file from the iPad Air (HTML5), the Player adds pixels left, right and a lot on the bottom.

I would try different Storyline browser and player settings and see if that fixes the scaling issue.
Hi Michael,
thank you very much for your idea. Sadly the setting have no influence at all!
Tha HTML 5 view is still not working properly...
Any other ideas?
Thank
Wolle

Questions:
- Why is that?
- How do i prevent that?
- are my settings wrong?
thx
