I have a Hyperlink in storyline 2 that goes to a file on SharePoint. When I publish my course this link doesn't work - when you hover over it the mouse doesn't change or give you the option to click on it. Can anyone help please? I have attached my file here
Hi there, Elizabeth. I'm seeing this hyperlink fail in HTML5 output, but it works in the Flash output. With Storyline 2, you'll see HTML5 output in Chrome and in Safari when the Flash Player is not enabled.
I added a different hyperlink to your course to our main articulate.com page, and I didn't have any issues. I'll dive a bit deeper to see why your SharePoint hyperlink isn't working at all on my end in the HTML5 output.
Do you have an idea of what browsers your learners will typically be using?
Hi again, Elizabeth! With further testing, I found that your URL worked in a new Storyline 2 project. I believe there may just be something wonky about that text box. If it isn't too much trouble, can you remove and remake that text box with your Conflict of Interest policy link to see if that resolves the issue in your file?
Many thanks for your reply. We will be using IE as a browser

Sounds good, Elizabeth. Just to clarify, any browser should be fine, including the ones that show HTML5 output. I think there was something wrong with the text box itself, and not your actual URL. Send us an update if you still are getting stuck!
