I can't publish a course

Storyline won't let me publish a course in Review 360. It says it was published successfully, however storyline closes unexpectedly and the content never shows up in Rise. 

I tried to publish locally and upload manually using Review 360, but I get an error message when attempting to upload the zip file:  "the file is not supported".

To manually upload courses to Review 360, you'll need to make sure that you're publishing your courses in the correct format. Here's how to manually upload Storyline 360 courses to Review 360: 

As for Storyline 360 closing unexpectedly each time you publish your courses, can I ask if this behavior happens to all of your project files or just the one that you were trying to upload to Review 360? 

If this happens to all of your courses, make sure that you are working locally when publishing your files. If you're already working locally, try doing a repair of your installation to see if this helps address the behavior. 

If only one project file is affected, would you be willing to share a copy of the project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
