Hi - I have added a slide to a scene in a course I am working on, but I am unable to see that slide when I go in to preview. I copied a previous slide and pasted it in to the scene. See attached screen shot
Is there something else I need to do to make that slide available to view in preview (and when we push the course to learners)?
Just to note that this was a course written by someone else and I am amending it to fit our employees. I have been able to edit text with no issues, but adding this slide has caused problems. I do meed to add a couple of new scenes after this too, so concerned if the slide I have added is not visible.
Louise
PS this is also the first course I have written in articulate so very NEW!
I think the slide properties look ok for the slide that I have added, but the one before does say 'Slide advances: Automatically'. see attached. could that be making a difference?
Some days it just takes a reboot Louise - of the file or our brains. If you run into the issue again, please feel free to share the .story file here with us using the "add attachment" button or send along to our Support engineers here.

Hi Louise
Sorry I can't tell from your image which slide are you talking about that you can't see? If you look in Storyview can you see all the scenes?
Hi Wendy - thanks for a quick response. Its the large darker slide on the screenshot. Yes - I can see each scene
Its the slide no 3.7 - you can just about make that out on the slides to the left of the screen
any error that you're getting while previewing?
No error - it just doesn't show that slide and goes straight to the next slide
Ok Let me understand this. If you are viewing 3.6, on clicking next the slide jumps to 3.8, instead of going to 3.7?
correct :(

Hey Louise,
Can you share your story file here It'll be easy to help if we can have a look at it.
Hi Louise
check the slide properties that it is not set to 'advance automatically'
