i have problems in my articulate...its small tap-bar and very small font .i cant see and its hard this problem in ather software

Hello Aabedah!
This view is Story view, which will only show thumbnails of the slides. You will want to click on the slide itself to open up Slide view and you will see it all in a larger view. If you are referring to the menu bars on the top, Please make sure you are using the recommended DPI settings for Storyline.
