Hi all, a learner has been in contact to advise that they cannot hear any audio when using their iPhone 8. She mentions this has affected others in the group however this isn't something I've heard before.
The module is created in Articulate Storyline, exported in full HTML and uploaded to an LMS.

Check they do not have the mute button enabled
Cheers Phil, I've asked her to check. It sounded like it was a bigger issue, but if it was just the mute button that'd be a gem!
