Recently I realized that when I want to insert a video or an icon form Storyline Content Library it only allows me to choose pictures. This started to happen after the last update.
Did anyone have the same problem? Is it related to the update? Do you know how it can be fixed?
Thanks for reaching out! We do have an issue reported to our team specific to being defaulted to the Photo option when choosing Icons or Videos from the Content Library. This generally happens after using the 'Change Picture' feature. Did you use 'Change Picture' prior to seeing this issue?
Do you still experience the issue when you exit and restart Storyline?
I did use the „Change picture” feature before the problem started. But ever since then the problem is still there no matter what project I open or if I create e new project.
I was enjoying the Content Library and the slide templates form the Content Library, but when I use them I need to change the predefined pictures most of the time.

Hmm, that's strange that it happens even when you create a new project! A fresh install of Storyline 360 should do the trick.

Uninstalling and installing again SL worked. Now I can insert icons again.
