Good Day & Hi All;
I have published a SCORM content using Articulate Storyline 360, this content is working fine on Chrome, Mozilla & Microsoft Edge. but when tested it using IE 11, I got 'localhost is not responding due to a long-running script'.
I tested the content on SCORM cloud, also same issue happened with IE 11.
I attached screenshots for the debugging results from IE.
Awaiting your kind feedback :)

Hi, MOH. Happy to lend a hand with troubleshooting, and thanks for those screenshots!
Would you be able to share the source .story file publicly here or privately by this link? It'll help us get a clear picture of the setup, and we'll delete it after testing!
Also, could I grab what version of Storyline 360 you're using?
Hi, Katie
Thanks so much for your reply,
kindly find attached the .story file for the content.
also, I attached a screenshot for the issue. The content will hang after answering the first stage (Python) wrongly.
The version of Articulate is : Storyline 360 V3.33.20697.0
Awaiting your kind reply :)
Thanks.
Thanks for sharing your file with me for a closer look, MOH!
I published the file to LMS (here's the SCORM Cloud link) using Storyline 360, Update 34. I then tested it in IE 11.805.17763.0/Windows 10, where I also see the same script error.
I'd like to get a second opinion on this and have shared my notes with our Support Engineers. Someone from the team will be in touch by email shortly, and I'll follow along!
I've had this in the past and it was Norton AV causing this. Have you tried IE > Tools > Internet Options > Advanced
check all items referring to script debugging, and
uncheck "Display a notification about every script error" in the same place.
Hi there, Seth. Thank you for sharing your experience!
