Iframe styliing

iframe. Can you style iframe within SL? My company is fairly small, so using LMS is out of the question. I went the cheap route by using Google Forms. Even though Google Forms is very basic, it is not pretty at all.
Can I customize Google Form by copying the embedded link and using an iframe to style the page using CSS? This seems pretty far fetched in my opinion. I've searched high and low and I don't think it's possible. iframe only lets you add the width and height. Am I wrong?
Perhaps, I am missing something. Could someone point me in the right direction or share a tutorial. That would be great.

Hi Matthew, I am using Google Forms to capture, time/date stamp, last name, first name, and email address for now. Honestly, it doesn't matter if people see the Google Form or not. I almost want them to kind of register for the training. Does this make sense?
I looked at the approach you suggested. Is there a way the users don't get access to the data?"View result"
