Image not resizing in marker

I've inserted an image in a marker but I can't resize it. The handles won't appear. I've tried a png and a jpeg.
Any ideas anyone?

Hello Kassy!
I'm happy to help! What you're seeing is expected because you can only change the position of images in a marker. Not to worry, I have a workaround for you! Have you tried changing the image size before adding it to the marker?
For example, resize the image outside of Storyline 360 to correspond with the marker's text box. After importing the image again, you can move it to a new position, so it's not displayed outside of the text box.
