This is most likely not a supported feature on the iPad, however, if it was able to be initiated but then left you stuck, you should report it at this link: http://www.articulate.com/support/contact/submit.php

That fact that you could do something that left the product in a broken state, should be transmitted to Articulate support.

Hi Susan,

Using the zoom region in HTML5 or the Mobile player could cause them to become blurry as you'll see in this comparison chart, but you should be able to close out of them. I see that you've opened up a Support case (Case # 00367135 for my reference) per Dennis's suggestion, so I'll follow along.
