Images with scroll bars

I'm putting together a systems training course, where the learner is simulating filling out a web form.

Of course, the actual web form doesn't fit within a single screen - there's at least 3 screens worth of scrolling.

So the question -

Is there a way to put an oversized image on a slide and put in scroll bars? I'm basically looking to replicate exactly what the learner will see and how they would interact with the form.

I know that if you fix the size of a text box and put too much text in that scroll bars can appear. Just wondering if something similar can be done with images.

Thoughts?
