I have auto-generated CC content from a YouTube video. and exported as SRT.
I am current trying to work out why, Storyline 360 is removing and not displaying the full text from a YouTube 'SRT' file, it cuts off atleast 3 to 4 words per panel in some cases. Interesting as you can still type in more than that when you edit the box.
Anyone else had this issue and manage to resolve it?

I've not seen a similar issue. With your permission, I'd like you to share your project file with our support engineers to investigate what's happening. You can share it privately by uploading it here. It will be deleted when troubleshooting is complete.
