Import Error

When trying to import a PowerPoint slide deck into Storyline, I receive this error message:
This is the first time I have received this error message and I have been importing slides for a while. Thank you.

Hi Molly!
I have no standard solution to share for this error as various things have helped users. Some started a new Powerpoint file and some had to repair their Storyline installation. I think this thread has the most comprehensive explanation.
