I am not sure if this is a setting that got changed, but everytime I open an existing file it asks me to import the slides from that file. What do I have to change to just be able to open the file without importing the slides?
Do you happen to have another instance of Storyline open when this happens? If so, I'd suggest closing that instance and starting anew by opening the file that it's asking you to import. You may also want to check that the file extension ends in .story instead of .storytemplate - as the latter would be looking to be imported.
No, I do not have any other Articulate project open when it happens. No matter if I open Articulate and then click on a recent file, or if I click on the file in the folder, I get the same result.

Hi John,
Can you follow the steps here to conduct the repair of Storyline?
If you're still having difficulty after going through those steps, you'll need to perform the additional steps here.
