open your current project or a new file and select the file > import > Storyline option. All slides available for selection will default to selected. If you only want a few brought in change the selection to 'none' then click the ones you want.
Once you have done the import the slide layout will be visible in the View tab > slide master option boy selecting from the layout dropdown on the Home tab.
