When importing (via the insert tab) a mp4 video, all I see is a 1 pixel wide line. I can then stretch it to fill the space but I would expect the file to fill the space.
For anyone's information, the properties of the file are 16:9, 1080p 50fps approx size 1meg.
Anyone's thoughts would be gratefully appreciated.
Well Lawrence - the good/bad news is that I'm seeing the same thing, but I have not seen this before. I'm going to report this to our QA Team for further review.
Well, then I'm just full of 'news' ;) It was an interesting find - one of those things like - I'm glad I could confirm, but I wish it weren't happening :) I like taking the 'good' perspective as well though.

Hi Lawrence!
I'm not sure that I've seen this issue before. Is this specific to your mp4 file or the project you are working on?
Can you replicate with a different video in a new file?
If you need us to take a look, I recommend sharing here.
Leslie,
I'll post a short move or images to illustrate what happens, if that would help shed light on this conundrum?

Would you be able to share the .mp4 so that I could test as well?
