Importing PowerPoint - not working

Hi
When I try to import a PowerPoint slide to Storyline - this is what happens.
Why? (I did check the aspect ratio and it is correct)

Although most of the features of Powerpoint are supported in Storyline, some are not. This article of tips for importing Powerpoint content may be able to help you on what you need to check.

Mark shared a great article with tips on importing PowerPoints into Storyline 360! I also wanted to add that text should always be displayed in Storyline 360. It looks like the content is listed on the timeline but not displayed on the slide. Do you see this when importing every PowerPoint into Storyline 360 or just this project?
If you have a sample file to share, that will help us determine what might be getting in the way!
