Hi, I uploaded a powerpoint sldie deck of 64 slides. they were heavy in content. Not ideal for training but this was how the person wanted it.
I understand when importing slides, they format does move slightly and you can then update. But with these slides where it save the font was 6 and I tried to chage it to 10 it wouldnt increase. Or it would say that the font was 11 but it was actually 6.
Have you tried clearing the formatting for the affected text? Or maybe try resizing the text box and see if the size of the text is locking based on the size of the box. I typically haven't seen Storyline do that, but I know Powerpoint will.
If those two options don't work, it would be great if you could post a slide or two with the issue and have someone here take a look. Hope that helps.
