I'm not sure what is going on with your file, but I cannot even import one slide?!
I opened a new Powerpoint file, imported some slides (about 20), and then I was able to import successfully into Storyline 2.
Here's how you can do that:
Open a new, blank presentation in PowerPoint.
Go to the Home tab, click the drop-down arrow beside New Slide, and choose Reuse Slides.
In the Reuse Slides panel, click the Browse button and choose Browse File.
Browse to your original PowerPoint file and click Open.
At the bottom of the Reuse Slides panel, mark the box to Keep source formatting.
Right-click the first slide in the Reuse Slides panel and select Insert All Slides.
Save the new presentation and republish.
Note: Articulate resources, such as audio and video, will need to be inserted again into the new presentation. You may need to export the narration from your original presentation, then import it into the new presentation.
Leslie, I tried the same - it's working for the first 20 slides, if I go on with the next 20 slides - it's not working anymore. also not with 1 slide. As I have mentioned before, the same file is working well with Captivate, so there must be something wrong on the Storyline side???
I'm not seeing any recent cases from you. I submitted a support case on your behalf and you should be hearing from someone soon. You will need to share your file again as I did not have it attached anymore.

Hi Karin!
Not an error message I'm familiar with. Would you be able to share your .ppt file for me to import into SL2?
Hi Leslie,
Thanks, pls find enclosed the ppt-file.
Leslie, can you please delet the pptx-file from here after downloading?
Hi Karin!
You own your responses. I've grabbed it - feel free to delete.
Thanks Leslie, hope you will find a way!
Hi Leslie, I'm still working on this file. I tried to work on a PC with win7 - it doesn't work.
I used the same file an imported it to Adobe Captivate and it works well (on Win10 and Win7).
I like to use Articulate Storyline for the project - please help me!

Hi Karin!
I apologize for the delay, but I wanted to be sure to take the time to try this again with more slides - and I experienced an error as well.
I would advise that you work directly with one of our support engineers here so that we can drill down further.
Hi Leslie,
maybe you can help me again, I have send my problem to the support engineers (3 times !!!)
and I don't get any answer. (2x last week) 1x today.
What shall I do?
