Hi There! I'm trying to import quiz questions from the excel sheet template provided in a different thread. When importing the questions to Storyline 3, I receive an error message for all my T/F questions (see attache for screenshot). The errors message displayed says, True/False questions do not support choice level feedback. Can someone help find out what I'm doing wrong? Thank you in advance.
Thanks for contacting us to share what you are experiencing when importing your questions into Storyline 3 and sharing the image of the error along with your Excel file that you'd like to import.

Choice level grading and feedback is only available for Multiple Choice, Word Bank, Freeform Pick One, and Freeform Hotspot questions. This is why you are seeing the error for your True/False questions.
Removing the feedback from your answer choices will eliminate this error.
I've attached an updated spreadsheet (the 6th line didn't have a correct answer marked, so I picked True to be different) and a .story file where this successfully imported.
Thank you so much for your assistance. I think were I got confused is in the template instructions. It did not have notes on excluding feedback for T/F questions but it makes sense now. Thanks again for your help.
Generally, the help page is way too vague on how you construct the more advanced question types and you have to trial-and-error your way through it by importing and then trying to guess what the error messages wants from you.
Maybe a few examples for Drag and Drop question type in the download file?
• RD: Ranking Drag and Drop • RDN: Ranking Drop-Down • MD: Matching Drag and Drop • MDN: Matching Drop-down • SD: Sequence Drag and Drop • SDN: Sequence Drop-down
Then, I saved and closed the spreadsheet and imported it into Storyline.
Check out the attached Excel spreadsheet and .story file that I imported those questions to, and let me know if you have any questions!

Hi, I am struggling with how to create a lot of the Drag and Drop variants. The instructions on https://community.articulate.com/articles/articulate-storyline-3-user-guide-how-to-import-questions-from-excel-spreadsheets-and-text-files are not clear how you accomplish this.

Hello Soren,
It sounds like Storyline throws various errors when you try to import drag-and-drop questions, is that right? I'm happy to explore further!
