Importing quizmaker 13 into Storyline

Hi

Storyline 2, I can import quizzes from art. 13 which is great but not engage interactions.

I'm getting the message roughly.....needs to be engage version 2.0 or higher; I have articulate 13 so how do I acquire version 2.0?

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulty you're having, but you should be able to import Engage '13 interactions into SL2. 

You'll want to ensure you're following the directions here and to successfully import Articulate Engage interactions into Articulate Storyline, Engage must be installed and activated on your computer. 

It is installed/activated and have followed instructions.

I have articulate 13 and now SL 2. The engage interactions do not import as promised. Are you having issues?

I have not seen any issues reported and I just tested this and it is working on my end.

Please be sure that you are following the instructions here.

I have a working version of art 13 and a working version of SL2.....

Its still not working and several of us have tried - yes we have followed the instructions to the letter - can you please direct me to some technical support - someone who can take a look at the files.

So, was there ever a patch to allow users to import QM 13 questions into Storyline 1?

Articulate Storyline 1 doesn't support importing content directly from Articulate Presenter '13, Articulate Quizmaker '13, or Articulate Engage '13. (Tip: Storyline 2 supports Studio '13 content.)

However, you can publish Studio '13 content for web, then embed it in Storyline as a web object. For example, here's how you'd insert an Engage '13 interaction in Storyline 1.

Just to confirm, the update to be able to import studio '13 content that people have been asking for since studio came out is now available, but only if you are willing to pay more to upgrade your storyline to Storyline 2?  That seems like poor business practices.  I am fine with storyline 1, but need to be able to import quizzes created in Quizmaker '13.

Any suggestions on how to work around this?

Storyline 1 does not allow for the import of Studio '13 content. However, you can publish Studio '13 content for web, then embed it in Storyline as a web object. For example, here's how you'd insert an Engage '13 interaction in Storyline 1. That is the workaround we'd suggest if you need to use the content together.

Looks like I just responded to you here as well.

Are you utilizing Storyline 1? That could certainly be what you are running into because importing Studio '13 into Storyline 1 is not a supported setup.
