Hi I recently recorded some screencasts using storyline and everything worked out well. When I went to import the storyline file the slides easily imported but now the slides have decreased in size making them harder to read and they also have a white border around the perimeter. When I edit the story size width and height this only changes the white border and not the actual slide. Is there a way for me to remove this border and return the slide to its original size?
What was the Story Size of the original screencast file? I would try opening a new file, setting the story size first, then importing the slides from the original file. That should prevent your screen recording from resizing and creating a white border around it.
That makes sense. I would try setting the Story Size of the new file to 1916x1130 before importing the PowerPoint file. Let me know if that works on your end!

It was a custom setting of width:1916 and height:1130.

Unfortunately Alyssa this did not work, I still have a white border around the slides.
