imsmanifest.xml and Success Factors Part II

Hi there, I'm having the same issues as this article:  https://community.articulate.com/discussions/articulate-storyline/imsmanifest-xml-and-success-factors

I've tried editing the IMSMANIFEST however I don't think I've done it right as it hasn't worked.  Could:

a) someone give me an update whether or not this Storyline bug/quirk has been fixed? 

or b) help me edit my IMSMANIFEST so I can see where the coding should sit?
