Thanks for asking about this! After doing a little research on this, it is highly recommended that you don't change those buttons. Here is a link to a discussion explaining why.

From the looks of what your picture shows, it seems you are using a Multiple Response type of question slide, and what you want is a True/False type of slide. Like John says, there is a huge difference between how the two types of questions are handled, so you wouldn't be happy, even if you could change them. I suggest you delete the Multiple Response and replace it with a T/F.

Yeah, I'm fixing someone else's mistake and carelessness with that question slide and was hoping there was a quick fix. Sounds like I have to create a new slide the way it should have been done originally and then delete the bad one. We have over 160 questions slides and that's the only one that doesn't have radio buttons and it stands out when someone takes the exam so I trying to fix things like that and some other issues on other slides (inconsistency with radio button size, etc).
