Inconsistent audio

We have some content that was created in SL1. Some has been published from SL1 and others from SL2.
There is some mp3 audio in the course however it is not playing consistently. for example:
course 1 - audio works on my PC but not on my android phone, nor my colleagues android. Does work on I-phone. Published from SL1
Course 2 - audio works on my PC and on my android phone. Doesn't work on my colleagues android phone. Does work on I-phone. Published from SL2
Course 3 - the same as course 2.
Why is the audio so inconsistent? How do I fix it?

Hi Sally,
Storyline 1 did not offer support for Android, and although some users were able to access it from their Android devices, certain elements may not work.
Storyline 2 provided support for Android, but you'd need to be viewing it within the system requirements detailed here and within the Mobile player on your Android device (which is optimized for tablets).
