Inconsistent exam results being returned to LMS

for some of our online courses, incorrect exam results are being returned to the LMS.  For example, one of our users took an exam and on the results screen it showed he scored 100%, but when he returned to the LMS, it showed he scored 60%.  On another course an user scored 100% but the LMS data showed he scored 10%

The odd thing is this is not happening for all of our users, just a few.  I am not sure if this is a Storyline problem or a problem with our LMS.  Just curious if anyone else has had this problem.  We are using Inquisiq for our LMS.

Hi Jason,

I'd begin by reviewing some of the troubleshooting steps here in regards to LMS tracking issues. Specifically you may want to look at trying to recreate the issue at SCORM Cloud which is an industry standard for testing SCORM content. Also, you may want to look into the browser the users are utilizing to access the course and how they're closing out the content (browser close button, close button within your course, etc.) to determine if there are any similarities there.
