I have a "pick many" with two correct answers in my storyline360 file, but I am always sent to the incorrect feedback layer when I select both correct answers. Any idea what I'm doing wrong? I have checked the form view on the slide and both answers are selected.
The setup seems to be correct, I would start troubleshooting by turning off the visibility of all shapes, except the two correct answer choices and run the question again. If that works, I would turn on the shapes (a few at a time) and test again.
I am having the exact same issue. Tried everything I could think of.
It is happening on all my questions (True/False and Multiple Answers). I get Correct upon choosing the answer, but on the following Result slide for the question, I get Incorrect.
We have not had a chance to take a look at Beth's project yet.
With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
Hi Beth! You also have the option to upload your file privately to our support team here. We'll give it a test and let you know what we find! When we're done troubleshooting, we'll delete the file from our machine.

I just tried that, leaving the two rectangles to select visible, and I still get the incorrect layer.
Can you share your .story file here so that someone can take a closer look?

I can't share the file publicly, as it has proprietary software information in it.
