I need to update Storyline but my Articulate 360 desktop add goes into an infinite loop of "You're being redirected to your web browser to sign in." I log in on the web, but the desktop app just goes right back to the same thing.
I deleted and reinstalled the desktop app, and tried two different internet service providers. I do not have a restrictive firewall.
My Storyline 360 has been working for weeks, but now that I tried to to open the Studio app, Storyline is now trying to make me sign in also. So great, I'm not able to work.
