I am currently working on a storyline e-learning module that has a quiz at the end that consists of 10 questions with a results slide at the end. However I got some feedback from our testing department:-
It launched and bookmarked; however, unable to relaunch content to try to test for passing. Asked to resume. Can you please ask the developer to check on the initialize call after the quiz if failed.
Does this mean that I have to put a trigger on the Results slide that resets the results and put another trigger that completes the course as incomplete/failed?

Learners will only be able to retake question slides if the results slide that tracks the questions is reset, and the 'Reset results' trigger is what's used to trigger this event. You mentioned not being able to relaunch your content, could you provide more information on this behavior so we can better assist you?
Are you having trouble opening courses that have been previously closed?
Are your courses not working as intended after they are relaunched?
Being asked to resume is also normal if you have your course set to 'Prompt to resume'. Did you want to change this behavior for your course?
