I have been trying to insert a new slide in my project and when I hit the New Slide button, I get an error message that Storyline has stopped working. Then it dumps me out of the program. Is anyone else having this issue?
I've never heard that reported and never experienced it myself. Can you describe exactly what you're doing when this happens? Are in you "Story View" or "Slide View"? Maybe take a screenshot right before it happens and post that.
It was happening no matter what view I was in. I just downloaded Storyline again and reloaded it. It came up with a repair screen vs the normal screen. I let it do it's thing and then tried to open program again. This time I went to Story View and voila...it worked when I clicked on add new slide. I have no idea what was going on. Keep your fingers crossed it stays put! Thanks for your help.

It sounds like something prevented the original installation from working as expected. If you run into any issues, submit a support case to us & we'll look into it immediately:
