I am new to Storyline 360 and have created two true/false questionnaires in my questions bank, an introduction slide to explain the questionnaires and results slides. However, I can't seem to incorporate the questions. I am sure it is very straight forward...

It sounds like you've created your question bank and are now looking to add the questions to your course?
You're almost there! Now all you need to do is add a question draw to your scene or add the draw in a new scene. You can do this by going to the Slides tab on the ribbon, click Question Banks, and choose New Draw from Question Bank.
