I have an .mp4 video that I am trying to insert into Storyline. I've done it 1000 times - Insert > Video from File > Browse to File and Open. But I have 2 files that won't play ball. They don't come in as the mp4file name that they are sitting on my hard drive, they come in as SWF 1, won't play and give an error if I click on them. I can play them beautifully as .mp4 files outside of Articulate Storyline. Ive attached some screen shots of the end to end,

Could you do two things for me?
Ensure you're on the latest update of Storyline 360. To check, click the Help tab, then click About Storyline. You should see 3.20.16814.0 in the bottom-right corner.
Send us those two troublesome video files by clicking here. We'll test them on our side and let you know if we run into the same problem you're seeing.
