I recently downloaded the trial version of Articulate 360 and I have been learning Storyline. I have noticed that I do not have any available photos or illustrations to insert in my storyline. I do have characters available to insert. I am wondering how I can make the photos and illustrations accessible?
You can insert photos and illustrations from the Content Library (see under the Insert menu). You can also import your own picture by selecting Insert>Picture>Picture from File.
If you don't see the icons or photos when choosing to insert them, can you check that the network endpoints and ports listed here are enabled? You may need your IT teams help for that.
Also, these are the Content Library assets available during your 60-day free trial:
Template: Velocity
Photographic Characters: Al, Atsumi, Brandon, Laura
Illustrated Characters: Andrew, Arthur, Lily, Marilyn
All photos, illustrations, icons, and videos are included in the trial.
Thank you for your help. I worked with my IT department and we were able to determine that they needed to add access to "online storage". Now the problem is resolved.
