I am trying to insert a video from Screencastify in my Storyline project. The video shows up great, but there is no audio. I have tried saving as 2 different file types. Can anyone help?
Were you able to play the video outside Storyline with an Audio? If yes, can you attach a sample video here which is having an issue? It's really hard to tell without seeing the file.
