If you have the .quiz file you can import into Storyline as described here.
If you're following those steps and still see an error message could you tell us more about the error message and your set up in terms of where you're importing the quiz from, versions, etc.
Once I have the quizmaker 13 imported to Storyline 2 and go to preview this is the error message I receive.

So I'm unable to determine if is importing correctly to finalize for production.
