A little confused about what you'd like to do here. Do you want to provide the documents as attachments/resources? If so, please take a look at our tutorial on Attaching Resources to the Player.
If you're wanting to place the documents into the Storyline project as resources, or file attachments, they'll be included in the course, itself. If you're wanting to link to the documents, they'll need to be hosted online if you're publishing to web. If you'd like to hyperlink to the documents, please take a look at our tutorial on Adding Hyperlinks. You'll want to scroll down to the section about linking to documents and files.
