Interaction/test answers not reporting to LMS

I am using Storyline 2, and in the past, I have been able to run a custom report in SumTotal Maestro LMS to see what the correct answers are and/or what the user submitted as an answer. For the last month and a half or so, the reports quit showing the answers. I have not changed any settings in Storyline 2, but our LMS provider says the the course is simply not sending the interaction data to the LMS. Does anyone know what may have changed?
Sadly, I cannot post the course here for review, as I work for an Information Security company, and none of our content is allowed outside of our network.

Hi Jason!
You are welcome to test the content in SCORM Cloud to see if you get the same result. You can also see what is sent to an LMS in this documentation.
I ended up adding another trigger to submit results. With an essay or short answer question, a results slide is not present, so I had to add one, and then put a trigger to submit the results from the results slide to the LMS. I have to wait for an overnight batch process to see if it shows up in the LMS report tomorrow morning. Logically, that makes sense. Keeping my fingers crossed that this solves it. I hate not getting real-time results, though. :-(
