Some Results Slide settings not working with my LMS (LItmos)

We are using Articulate Storyline and have the settings on the results page set to single use and 2 hr time limit. We are using Litmos as our LMS, which has worked well for us, with the exception of single use and time limits (this is a test that is published).
The clock starts off correctly and will work correctly as long as the user goes straight through the course. If the user exits the module however, they can go back in where the left off AND the clock resets to the full 2 hours.
Further, the 1-use feature is not working at all. Users can complete the test, go back to their account on Litmos and go back to their test and change answers that are true / false or multiple choice. Type in answers or drag and drop answers can't be changed for whatever reason.
Maybe I'm missing a setting when publishing Articulate? Please advise if you have any thoughts on this (I'm also searching the Litmos community for answers).

I've not done this (nor I'm sure it would work) but for the time limit, I'd look for some way to have the current time counter value first saved in a variable before exiting. Then, when the course is re-launched, use the value of that variable to reset the counter time.
For not "re-taking the quiz," I'd create a variable that gets set to true the first time the learner gets to the results page. Then, to take the quiz I'd always use a button and not a menu item. I'd set that button to not display when your variable is equal to true.
To have all this work, you have to have force resume on in your course. Only then, if I remember right, will your variable be "remembered" between sessions.
