The URL works for me from this link here and I'm also able to download the .story file which I've attached here. If you can let us know what's not working for you we'll check into the link further.
I did download the presentation and ran a preview, which worked fine. I will test publishing it from Storyline and see how that works. I did notice that there is an update to Storyline that I need to run. Could that have anything to do with the problem?
When I click on the link, it opens the presentation but the page is blank.

Did it open normally though so that you could view and play it? I'm in Chrome, but what version are you using? I believe I'm on update 44.
