Interactive Video in Storyline

Somewhere I saw where SL could take my Camtasia recordings, insert keyframes and help me create interactive video content where the user enters values, text, etc. to provide greater engagement.  I've reviewed how to add hotspots and markers to increase interaction, but wasn't there a way to have it cut the video for me?  (I apologize if this has already been discussed.  I haven't been on here in a while.)  Thanks for any guidance.
