The archive working properly. Based on what you shared, the first assumption is that the embedded videos and links are being blocked or filtered by your organization. This often happens with finance and government sites. It could also happen with some browser extensions.
You could try to create an incognito tab in Chrome and then copy/paste the link in there and see if that helps. If there are any browser extensions blocking the content, that should resolve it.
I'd also see if others in your organization have the same issue accessing the link. That will let you know if it's an organizational constraint or not.
