Scenario: I have designed a blended "certification program". There are eLearning components, as well as live demonstration portions which are assessed by the manager. Finally, there is an oral exam given by the manager. My eLearning components are currently being published at zip files and accessed through Adobe Connect curriculums.
Problem to Solve: I want the manager to post the test score, feedback and next actions in an electronic format that an also be associated with either the individual or manager. I would like a very simple form that the manager would fill out that would have open text fields for participant's name, date of test, name of manager giving the test, test score and "passed or failed".
What would be the best way to build this in Storyline 2? Thank you.

I think this can be easily done with the use of Javascript and and data entry fields.
