Is it possible to name hotspots in a quiz?

Hello,

I have created a quiz using both multiple choice questions and simulations. I was able to change the hotspot name on the final slide of a simulation, but I have not been able to determine how I can change the hotspot name for the question. I would like the Results page to show both the questions and the answers when end users get the answer right. And I am attaching a screenshot of the Results so that you can see what I'm referencing. 

I was able to edit the hotspot in the Form View area so that the name appears in the Student Answer area. However, editing the hotspot on the Question page in the Form View area did not have an impact. 

Any ideas would be appreciated.
